Terry B. Anderton
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Terry is responsible for all aspects of the Trunity's development with sales and marketing being direct reports. Terry has over 20 years of executive leadership experience, including NitroSecurity (Founder and CEO), Vynamic (Founder & CEO) Network Associates/McAfee (Global Enterprise Director), and Cabletron Systems (Director of Global Sales). Terry has also been the inventor/creator of several consumer products. Terry is well known as a visionary in network and Internet security and has been a serial entrepreneur starting his first company at the age of 15. Terry has a BS in Organizational Behavior from Daniel Webster College.
Joakim F. Lindblom, Ph.D.
President and Chief Technology Officer
Joakim is responsible for product development and operations at Trunity, as well as chief architect of the Trunity platform. Joakim has over 20 years experience in Internet information architecture, global R&D and technology business management, space science instrumentation and solar astrophysics, including VP of Platform Strategy at ManyOne Networks, Global R&D Management Consultant at Nokia, as well as Chief Scientist for NASA's UHRXS Space Station project and MSSTA solar observatory while at Stanford University. Joakim has a Ph.D. in Applied Physics and Astrophysics from Stanford University, as well as a B.S. in Physics with honors from the California Institute of Technology.
Nicole Fernandez-McGovern
Chief Financial Officer
Nicole has over fifteen years of extensive accounting and finance experience in several publicly traded companies across multiple industries. Her expertise includes all aspects of SEC reporting, technical accounting, treasury and strategic cash flow management, audits, budgeting and financial planning. Nicole is responsible for all aspects of our financials reporting, general accounting, treasury and investor relations aspects of the business. Nicole's most recent experience includes being a principal at RCM Financial Consulting where she served as interim CFO for various companies by assisting them with the compliance of XBRL interactive data submissions, preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including responses to SEC comment letters and completion of registration statements for initial public offerings, management of treasury process and activity, participation in compliance of Sarbanes-Oxley control requirements and assistance in presentation of board and bank reporting requirements. Nicole has worked for companies such as Elizabeth Arden, Inc., and Ryder System, Inc. where she was involved in all aspects of the SEC and financial reporting process. At both companies she worked closely with senior management in the preparation of board, bank and investor presentations and coordinated the audit process with outside international firms. Nicole's career began with KPMG in the audit and assurance practice where she managed various large scale engagements for both public and privately held companies. Nicole has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and International Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting, both from the University of Miami. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
Magdiel Rodriguez
Chief Enterprise Risk Officer
Magdiel brings experience as a previous member of the senior executive team at VISA to Trunity. During his 21 year career at VISA, he developed extensive expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, as well as IT Management and Operations. He was instrumental in helping the company set the industry standard for Information Security in his most recent role as the Senior Business Leader of Information Security. As the Chief Enterprise Risk Officer, Magdiel oversees all risk-related areas of the organization's business operations, working with the legal and compliance team on the identification, analysis and mitigation of risk. He is also responsible managing compliance with regulatory requirements and the the day-to-day infrastructure and information security operations of the company.
George Bukow
Senior Director of Product Management
With over 15 years of product experience in web, mobile and social networking technologies, George has worked at several start-up companies, including Vermeer Technologies (acquired by Microsoft) and m-Qube (acquired by Verisign). George received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Kevin Eaton
VP of Software Engineering
Kevin comes to Trunity with 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining information systems for both private and governmental organizations. Leadership positions in the United States Army, Kaplan University, and the Endurance International Group. Received his BS in Computer Science and MS in IT Management from Touro University, MA in Counseling and Master of Divinity from Liberty University and Doctor of Biblical Studies from Colorado Theological Seminary.
