Trunity educates course developers, instructors, and administrators. These groups are responsible for training groups of students and others on use of the platform. A member from Trunity will be assigned as the 'embassador' for a campus or school system, that will manage the training and user support for that institution.

Training materials are delivered in-person as presentations and interactive workshops, and online. The training delivery method is mainly dictated by the school size, needs, and availability. In-person training for large groups is offered in an 8-hour workshop session on-location, along with small group (up to 20 people) training remotely with screen-sharing and voice software. Workshops consist of on-location training that includes a complete LCMS walkthrough, with interactive instruction on managing, creating and editing classroom communities.
The Help Desk may create their own support site on the Trunity platform with discussion forums and videos. In creating these sites, users are learning how to use the platform, and gaining a valuable resource for interacting with the platform. Similarly, administrators should create their own admin site to connect class, instructor, and student websites in a 'web', thereby demonstrating management and connection on the platform.
Trunity training sessions can be customized by a school or district to suit its needs. A 1 to 4 hour walkthrough presentation may be scheduled as an introduction to the platform, online demonstration, or a full 8 hour day for end users or train-the-trainer instruction.
As an internet company, we utilize our own educational software to deliver support and education for the platform in the form of videos, exams, and support discussion forums. These online training materials are categorized by use case and are available 24/7 from any location.
You can always contact your Trunity Ambassador for help in deciding which form of support is best.
